Pooyan -vs- (all arcade games in the world)

Pooyan is a fun game and one the best parts is a well-timed Roast Beef attack that takes out a half dozen enemies. Ranks right up there as one of gaming's most satisfying moments.

Sad fact - in my observations, the Pooyan at Funspot is rarely ever played. I feel like I'm on the only one that ever plays it. It just sits there forlorn and unloved whilst people walk past it and dump tokens into other less worthy machines.
It's pretty popular with the kids that come over and play in my arcade, but I think it's only because it's next to the outrun.

Does anyone have an extra working Pooyan board for sale? I think I'm gonna build one of these babies. Always wanted one. Now that I have a Tut again I finally have a starting point to build a new cabinet.

i finally cracked 100k but only after dozens and dozens of games.
it's bruising my bacon on Stern/Konami factory-setting difficulty (4 out of 8), but each youtube gamplay video (MAME) i've seen has no random balloons in Round 2, and only an occasional random balloon in Round 4, etc. (i.e., these fools gotta have it set to 1 of 8 difficulty, my gameplay experience has way more random balloons-blocking-wolves happening)

does KLOV have any high scoring (don't care about anything official necessarily, just if u r gud) players? why the hell did Konami make such a wide, detailed range of difficulties?? (no i haven't tried each, 2 scared)

edit: i failed basic numbers, 8 lvls of difficulty, not 9)
