Pooyan CPO auction on Ebay!

Just FYI the same seller has now listed what I believe is his 3rd posting of this item. IMO this is now looking a bit fishy. I suppose it's possible someone has a few of these but it's been years since I've even seen one for sale so the fact that someone suddenly has 3 (at least 3) makes me a bit weary of gambling on this one.

according to the seller..

* I have had quite a few emails asking why I have used the same pic for my last few Pooyan overlay listings. I peeled the original factory film off the overlay shown in the pic just to show the item. If you purchase this item from me you will receive a brand new NOS Pooyan overlay with the factory protective film still on it!

hmm...?

IMO that makes it sound even more suspect. On the other hand stranger things have happen. I just say if you have the money to gamble with and want the part go for it. Just expect you may either lose your money, have to deal with the hassle of a bad seller or possibly both. On the other hand if what he's selling is legit it's an awesome deal. I think he has 100% positive feedback so that's a good thing.

Since I was very skeptical of this I figured I'd post a follow up. I ordered one of these and got it today. It's beautiful and I'm confident it's legit NOS not a repro.

He has his LAST one up on ebay.

I tried to ask where he got these from, I got no reply.

All I can figure is these must have been from conversion kits meant to change bag mans or tuts into pooyans. In my search for my machine I had found a few yellow pooyans that I passed on.
