This poor thing was found in a pile. It has so many things wrong with it. The Only thing that it is going for it. Is that is mostly all there. Missing a coin bucket Not a big thing.

Marquee is peeling, Cabinet has swelling. Doesn't power on. No Glow in the tube.
joy stick rubber is rotten out. Power supply have problems Etc etc etc. I sear the only thing working on it is the a hand full of lights. Laughs.

This poor thing is a pile but from what I can tell it is an original.

While it's a rare find, boy is it going to be project to restore. I wonder where I can find parts for this. I am still on the fence about restoring this or just selling it to someone who will restore it.

If I do sell it will at least electrically function and be playable one less thing for the next guy to deal with.

Wow. It is such a shame to see such a rare cab in that bad of shape. At the same time, I am really excited to see that there is yet another Super Pac cabaret in the world!! Nice to know it was found by somebody who cares about its future. This is definitely one of my grails.

That's really sad, I hope you can get it working. You may have to completely redo the front as it has the wrong coin door.
If you give me some info about the art, I could recreate the art to have custom printed.

If you sell it, I have dibs!

Your right It is a wrong coin door under the black vinyl is the wood grain vinyl. If I put a midway back into it. I going to have to deal with a Large hole in the bottom. I could close it up but I would have to find wood gain vinyl for the front.

I'm sure its probably smaller but from the picture that overlay looks to be same as the original that fits on upright..or at least the artwork is same...at least if it was same size you could purchased a replacement...the marquee and bezel if they need replaced...will be hard to find...the other stuff is just cosmetic and troubleshooting..now get to work.:D

I've got the super pac cocktail which isn't common either and a lot of fun to play...along with the upright..if I found a cabaret locally I'd probably try to save it too with its rarity..I wonder what the production number on those was..has to be very limited.

The CPO is similar design wise, but it is an entirely different size.

Depending on the size difference you might be able to carefully cut a full size one down and make it work...although button placement would probably screw that idea up...

I finally got into the insides of it. You could tell that a panel was inserted in there to accommodate the coin door.

Loose wire in the brick the return wire to the 12 v ac line.

Power supply adjusts when the pcb is un plugged.

When plugged it I get a 1.62 volts on the 5 volt side. 12 seems to be ok.

I think it a dry cap on the 5 volt side. I did install a new rubber grommet for the joy stick the last on was dry and came off into two places. .. Laughs.. I was thinking of temperay jumping in a switcher for the 5 and 12 just to do a quick verify that it is a weak power supply..

Glad to hear you will restore it or sell to someone with the same intention.
