So I had to pass on cyclone, Pool Sharks is the next pin I may be looking at. I didn't see too many of these on CL or Ebay to get a good feel for demand, price, or gameplay Any thoughts. It looks like a decent game I just can't find out as much about this one as Cyclone.

Pool Sharks has never gotten much love from the System 11 crowd. Artwork is ok but the gameplay is lacking and gets old quick. I won't recommend it unless you have a large collection.

Good to know. Any ideas on what it should go for. and What is system 11? I'm fairly new to pins. The only pins I have are Mata Hari and Evel Knevel. I also restored a Bally Trio once. That's about the extent of my knowledge.

Sstem 11 is the overall board architecture for that game. Just a general reference to the era of the pin. Other system 11 pins will have similar features and board layouts.

The big let down is that it doesn't have multiball. Cyclone, Pool Sharks and Bad Cats were the last 3 games made to not have a multiball feature I believe. Cyclone is wildly popular because it is a good flowing game and has really memorable voices. Bad Cats is completely hit or miss with people, and Pool Sharks just isn't well known. I really like the theme and feel of Pool Sharks, but I wouldn't go for it unless it was a really nice deal/local etc.
