Pong Original - Signed by Nolan - What is it worth?

I had a rare oportunity to see this game in a private viewing.

What would the value be of this game? Signed by Nolan or not signed by Nolan?

This game is actually not for sale, but I would like to know what it might sell for.

I suppose it could be worth quite a bit to the right person. Let me say though that to me it looks like the current owner doesn't give a shit about it....wedged in there amongst what looks to be like a bunch of junk crammed together.

I can't remember ever seeing a pong in person. did it really look that stupid, with the entire tv showing, huge gabs around the front glass and the size of the tv, no bezel or anything hiding the knobs, etc.?

The game is in storage for now. It is in need of PCB repairs. The bezel is missing. It is not in the best of physical condition.

I forget what they generally sell for. Probably over a grand in good condition and fully working. I can't say I've ever seen any game signed by Bushnell so I'd imagine that would add value if there is proof it's real.

I don't think it adds a whole lot to the value. There was another thread recently about one of these and it sold for under $400. This game is worth good money if it is in collector quality condition but this game is not in that kind of shape, at least currently. If I was going to sell it I would get it in better shape and then try to unload it.

The game is going to be on display locally after the restoration is complete.

Here are pics from the person doing the restoration of his Pong game that he owns.

It will be interesting to see the completed restore.

One just sold on eBay recently (I think it was Drewster from here that sold it).

$359

There were a couple of small flaws like the cracked top and the missing serial number plate, but still a complete working Pong. Things aren't always as valuable as people will have you believe.
