Polo 25" smooshed picture

Just picked this one up, smooshed picture at the bottom as you can see. Either way it's getting capped because it hissed and smoked a little after being on for about an hour, although still working as shown. Cap near the flyback looks like it bulged out a little. Just wondering if its worth fixing and if anyone knows if this goes beyond a cap kit or not.

There is a "Vertical Linearity" adjustment on the PCB you can turn to fix this. Likely it needs adjustment because the values on the capacitors are out of spec. Truthfully I'd try turning the adjustment before I tried cap'ing it. I cap'ed a polo recently trying to fix a color issue and I ended up with a worst situation than I had to begin with. (Yes all the caps are the right value and yes they are all in the correct polarity)
