Pole Position w/TM-202 Matsushita All green?

We found a red and blue pot on the back of the neck board. Adjusted them a little and we now have all three colors.

The monitor is still a little off here and there. I guess its just a matter of finding where everything is.

Where is the green pot?

There may not be a green pot... sometimes you adjust green with brightness, then adjust the blue and red to get up to the same level as green.

There should be a green pot on the neckboard too.....there's also red/green/blue contrast pots on the video amplifier board.

I had the same issue with mine. Never found the green pot on the neckboard either, just the green contrast pot.

It's been awhile since I worked on a Matsushita....on my previous post, I just looked at the schematics and it showed a green pot. So now I'm curious, I just pulled a Matsushita monitor.......There's three pots in a row....with big letters by each R/G/B......The "G" is green.....for whatever reason.....they're labeled "low light".

Yep I popped off the neck board and all three were there. Thanks for the heads up. This really is a very complicated monitor to adjust out. I still have not grasped how to correctly get it looking right based on the manual.

You need to test this point and that point un hook this and that. What a nightmare this thing is.

There has got to be a better way...

That monitor is a pain to adjust because of the location of all the pots. If you cant get it right bring it down and I will get it dialed in on the bench.
