I am feeling lucky.
It's the topper. It was screened to a metal plate and mounted to the bracket that holds the top of the plexi in place. I had been vectorizing it, but gave up due to lack of time and some inaccuracies that came to light when I finally got a scan of an original.

Were you thinking of actually getting it printed on sheet metal? Or plexi? Or were you just going to keep it simple and do a cardboard printout?

Cool. He seems eager to help me out with my cockpit project, plus with the recent UR artwork he made available it might be a good time to hit him up with a related item like this.

I have been looking for one of those. Had one on the cab I had in Cleveland and have not seen another since.
I'm in for a repro if they get done.
