I picked up a PPII project last month and finally got around to working on it this week.
Thanks Robomayhem for a great deal on this project.
Upper coin door missing
Plastic shroud is in bad shape
Monitor chassis was in the bottom of the cabinet
Monitor power was cut at the bottom of the cabinet
The edge connectors are pretty burned, the 22 pin connector is only a 21 pin connector - I had to allign the edge connectors carefully. I also ran power from the A/R II's to the test points on the board since the power pads were mostly burned up. After cleaning it up and going over the power setup, I hooked a spare monitor up and it works!
The working boards are worth way more then I paid for the whole project.
I still need to repaint the pedal, clean up the CP, find a coin door and a replacement shroud, but it looks like the main issues are solid (power and PCB).
Sorry, no pictures, I'll post some when I get it all together. I'm just really stoked that this game is working.
