I bought a non working pp1, I got it in a state that when I power up it gives a splash screen.
The guy before me did the power cooling wiring job off YouTube. Seems to get signal to monitor fine.
So I pulled all molexs and reconnected and pulled and reseated all chips on both pcbs....and now I get a blue screen and a volume screech. Will a new pcb fix this situation or do I need more than that all voltages check out as they should by the way.

This is now the screen I get when powering it up. It's a pp2 pcb in the cab. And Ive checking interconnection boards for tightness as well. And left it on for awhile with no change.

I never had problems with interconnect. It has to be ROM connection. All legs and seats were fine? The bypass is what brought the board its voltage and not the main connect. Also i noticed a flimsy wire (green) on the video card connection. Is that connecting correctly to board? Due to how touchy PP is I had to white flag it to you.

I saw that wire but that's on video side if didn't work I'm.assuming we wouldn't see anything I got a bid on a possible working pcb on eBay so we will see worse case ill sell or trade it but fun to try and fix up 2
