Ok so I only picked this one up for two reasons: it was cheap, and I intend to immediately ditch the original pcb and throw in an Arcade Jason board if Arcadeshop ever stocks them (or anything else) again. The hell hole I rescued this thing from was a nightmare of rodents and stink and mildew and rotted cabinet carcasses, but somehow or 'nuther this chunk of particleboard managed to survive. I learned my lesson with the last PP I owned, telling the guy that bought it from me to lose my number if it ever broke because I refused to be married to it. It broke 6 months later.
So I dragged this thing home and started assessing its true condition. Any noobs out there who have never purchased a barn find arcade project might be alarmed at what you'll see here. Don't fret though, with enough tools and time you might get yours to work. It will be a labor of love for sure.
I'll post a few pics as I go just for everyone's entertainment.
I don't even like Pole Position!
