I bought a machine dead for 300$. I am trying to open the locks with a HUK tubular lock pick with no luck.
Has anybody of you guys lock picked this locks before?

I just did this with a Takigen tubular lock. What a fucking nightmare is right. I must've drilled with three different bits for over an hour.

I found with one of my games when I picked the lock with one of those tools I wound up having to give it a little shot of lock lubricant. Guess there was just enough gunk in there that it kept the pins from moving free enough for the tool to work

What picks are people using for tubular locks? I've tried buying those HUK ones, one was manufactured incorrectly and could never work and then the other set doesn't fit any locks. I would rather pick the tubular lock than drill it out.

The one I use is the Southord brand one. It's a little expensive but it's well made

Drilling these is tough. It's hardened metal to keep people from getting into the unit.

Your best bet is to either pay a locksmith to get into it (and have them make a key after you do) or buy a better lock pick system for it.

Or you could search on YouTube for the guys who can open them with a Bic Stick pen with the cartridge removed.

Thanks for the «good» News. Hehe. I have to try lock pick it. Does the key turn to the right on all three locks?

And do they work well?
My experience has been kind of hit and miss with them. They work great on lower security ones but if the lock has security pins (like ones that are kind of I shaped with a thinner center) then it makes them a little harder to open. Popped my Astro fighter cocktail open in no time

The videos always make it look easy. Laughs
The cheaper the tool The more skill the operator needs to have to make it work.

Play with an uninstall lock and the tool before attempting to pick the lock.

Getting the feel of rubber band friction isn't as easy as the video makes it look like.

Don't get frustrated cause if you bend those small metal pieces will render your pick almost useless.

Good luck.
