Is that World Rally ?

Looks like typical foldover.
You say you made adjustments, but does the vertical size help any ? (shrink the image)

That is a K7000 and it still has the old flyback. Have you tried adjusting the horizontal hold and/or the 50/60Hz pots? From your last pic it looks like the 50/60Hz pot may be missing.

yeah i just figured that out, there is no pot there??? The wire just comes up and is connected to itself. It is supposed to be like that??? How can i fix this??

I looked over all of the 19" K7000 chassis I have and the pot is there, but the schematic shows it as a revision, so it may not be necessary.

What does adjusting the horizontal hold do to the pic? Can you line up the picture, eliminating the curl, but the picture is now not centered?

all the horizontal hold does it move the whole screen left or right, it doesnt roll or scramble the picture at all.

It is supposed to do that. What I am asking is if you can adjust the H hold so that the bottom of the screen aligns itself with the top part, eliminating the curl?

OK, try this. On the chassis board, past the flyback (large black component on the left) there is a thin yellow wire. One end is soldered directly to the board and the other end should have a conector covered in clear transparent plastic. Pull that off of the post it is on and move it to the post just to the right of the post it is on.

When removing it from one post you should twist it a few times before removing it. They have a tendency to stick and you can break off the post if you are not careful.

Be sure to do this while the power is off!

A cap kit may help. You should replace the bipolar caps as well and these are not normally included in a cap kit. I strongly suggest you replace the flyback while the chassis is removed since the one you have is prone to failure. Bob Roberts carries all of these parts.
