Please suggest some Xbox 360 FPS's with a deep single player mode

I finally really got into playing my 360 over the holidays and have finished Bioshock, Duke Nukem Forever, and have made great strides in Bioshock 2. Are there any other FPS with deep offline story modes? I have Halo 3 and I guess Halo Reach should be next on my list once it drops in price.

Any suggestions from the friendly KLOV community?

FYI, I refuse to pay for an Xbox Live Gold membership so that leaves a lot of the more popular titles out.

Get Dead Island. It has a really fun and deep 1st person shooter offine story mode.

I wonder how the 360 version of the Orange box is? My PS3 version is such a bad port it's not really worth playing but Half Life 2 is a great FPS with Puzzles and story...

360 version is quite a bit better than PS3. If you can't play on PC, I'd recommend 360 for sure. ( I worked on both versions! :) )

Darksiders had a good amount of single player time on it. The second game in the series should be out soon so now would be a good time to play the first one. I liked Prototype too.

+1 on the other games that others have listed here.

Oops. Not FPS's... Sorry about that.

I have the 360 version. It was great at the time, and still is. It's a shame it couldn't be expanded upon later, though. Still, for the price (especially now), you can't beat it - Three HL2 games, Team Fortress 2, and Portal? Come on!

Awesome!

Borderlands. I've been playing it for about four months and I'm still having fun blowing the snot out of stuff. Get the "Game of the Year" version with all four extra maps on one disk.
