I have a Bestech 27/29" tri-mode monitor that I cannot repair so far. The power supply had two blown caps (1000/16V) and there was a bad cap in the horizontal section (100/25V).
Can anyone ID this monitor??? Does anyone have the schematic?

I replaced all of the caps. The symptom is SEVERE blooming and very dim (using VGA or EGA).
I don't know what the model number is, but it is 3 years old. I don't know how much the B+ is supposed to be. There is not a B+ adjust on this monitor.
On the bottom of the switching supply transformer, there are labeled taps. -15V, 0 15, 6.3, 90, 220V.
The 220V tap reads 95V with fluke. All other tabs read about as labeled. I don't know what is pulling the 220V down, nor do I know what it supplies, but there is 207V DC on the other side of the bridge diodes that are fed from the 220 tap. The HOT is good and the monitor does run.
I really need the schematic.
Thanks,
