IC's and other parts can be bought from Bob Roberts. You'd have a lot less headaches if you just sent it to Chad to be fixed...

yah well im not shure if ill send it to him... he wants $140 and i would have to wait up to 21 days for it.. i think it mite be cheaper if i find someone with a used one i could buy from them.. not shure... damn i hope i can fix this one....well i guess if i have to then i just mite have to send him it. i wounder what could be the prob with it... well tomarro im going back over to my dudes and ill have him test the new caps that were put in, maby if the new ones went bad then something in the line would be wrong...

I figurd i would update you all to what i have done, i called a arcade dealer here today thats about 3 hours away from me, they run all the arcade's places at the mall's here in maine. Thats where i bought my VS. Super Mario Bro's from, well i told him what was going on and he said: "well we usally do not fix peoples components, but since i know you and we have done buisness befor send us it and we will only charge you $20-$50 to fix it depening on whats wrong with it, we will fix it over the weekend and send you it back."

I was like WOW awsom! Ill send it right out!

So i sent it in the mail today and they will get it tomarro.

So i figurd i would let you all know what i have done with it. And once i get it back i will update you all to what they did to it to fix it.

I would just like to say thank you to EVERYONE here who has helped me with me trying to fix this, i would of had no idea the first thing to do to it with out all of you.

I had the same issue with my Punch-Out!!. I couldn't get it working so I sent it to Chad. Worked perfectly when I got it back.

Here is the fix he did (not that this will help you)

Looks like some bad traces that needed to be repaired

Hey, there are 4 wires! I paid the price on the website. It's not just sodering the wires, it also including diagnosing the problem. He probaby checked all the traces. ANyway, I'm happy with it and would recommend his work.

Any update on this? I have the same issue and have been doing some KLOV board research before I attempt my fix so I am just curious. Thanks
