I know there are some experts out there that can identify this one. I would appreciate your expertise. I was told it was originally a Contra cabinet, then was turned into a Devastators, then a Top Gunner. I currently have a 60 in 1 board in it.

Thanks!

why is it mounted upside down? I'm not familiar with this application. has it happened in many cabs?

i do not think Contra had a dip setting for image flip.
this may be the reason for the inverted monitor.

or the person that installed it did not know to flip the yoke wires to change the image.

or they were flipped already and the person did not know to flip them back.

or it does have dip settings and they were already set for another cab and the person did not know to flip them back.

so we never know;)

all kinds of scenarios to try and figure out my dear Watson.

OP, flip your monitor. then learn the ways of the force and flip the yoke wires. :D

oh my young padawan think you are ready to take on a young one for yourself:D

you are the up and coming Hantarex master but have much to learn in the ways of the K7000:cool:

haha. I did have a Double Dragon cab, so I know what a shelf-mount 19" K7000 looks like ;) and hey, I could've mounted that upside down with ease! bahahaha.

and I don't consider myself a Hantarex master, I still feel Chad deserves that title (and then some), I say I'm just the only one crazy enough to do really really absurd shit with them and magically gets them to work again. :D

Just a heads up, but that original flyback has hairline cracks and looks like its about to pop.. As there is some dampness or gunk coming out near the focus knob. If a k7000 has a white knob fly, I always replace them..
