When someone is selling a pin and they say "its a players machine" how do you guys interpret that? I think it means "its not a HUO princess, its been around the block!"

am I wrong?

When I see "player's condition" I know it is a piece of shit. THAT is what it means. ;)

Players conditon, not resotred and then never played or touched and kept mint. Generally reasonable mechanically sound, not to beat up, but not with out fault, expect less then perfection, but not a ratted out pos.

Not true. I would call my Firepower a 'player's machine.'

The coin door interlocks have been disabled. The credit knocker has a burned coil diode. One of the rollover switches only works about 80% of the time. The backglass is peeling.

We play the crap out of that table. It's always the center of attention in my game room. Aside from a few quirks, it's a great machine.

I would most definitely NOT call it a POS.

Not cosmetically perfect, but mechanically sound. These are the games to have, you just play them and don't worry about them!
If its a broken piece of shit, its not players quality, its a project.

Exactly.

'Player's machines' are great for those who are on a budget but love to play, like me. Buy 'em cheap, enjoy them for a while, and sell them cheap.
