I did a search and dint see anything pop up so sorry if this is a repost. Does anybody have or have a link to a complete list of original playchoice carts? (not carts modded with other Roms).

Thanks in advance

I take Wikipedia with a grain of salt as I have found some entries incorrect. I figured there may be something on KLOV that is the be all end all list kind, along the lines of a VAPS entry that I could take as fact.

Thanks for the suggestion :)
yeah wikiapedia what I'm trying to use to make a checklist but some of them are so rare you may never find one...

What does Volleyball bring out money wise? anyone know! It's one you hardly see. This is an actually a cool game!

Volleyball I see a fair amount and it usually sits around the 150-250$ range I believe.

The only one that seems crazy expensive have been Powerblade and Ninja Gaiden 3. Oh and Shatterhand. Ninja Gaiden 3 currently has several people looking for it offering several thousand for it and no takers, so it is going to be a very difficult one to get.

I've never been offered that much for my copy.

The most I payed for a game was $350 for Solar Jetman.

This is straight from DreamTR's signature:

"WANTED: Playchoice $1100 bounty EACH-Ninja Gaiden III, Shatterhand"

So if you did want to sell Ninja Gaiden III for that much, there you go :) I feel like E-harmony!

In my mind several thousands equals $3000 or more, so that's a $1900 differenence. I doubt Rory would even sell it for $3000. It's the only one known to exist.

Thats what I was thinking, thought I missed a good offer some where.

Highest offer is $1200 from another member.

I would like to list it on ebay with a reserve just to see what it goes for and I would let it go if it did meet reserve.

Virus isn't on the Wikipedia list. Gotta love the "let me google that for you" response. Personally I'd rather hack an NES to run in a cabinet so I could play Battletoads and other games that aren't available.

ehh what's the fun in that? The reason for owning a PC 10(at least for me) is so I can have something all arcady(an actual arcade from the 1980s) that can run 10 games off a list at the same time. I guess you could say it's kinda like having a jamma switcher on a mess of NES games a couple of which you'll never find as carts(like The Goonies).

Also if making it run something other than the 51+ games is your thing there's always 2600's cart adapter.

what is the draw to pay big money for a basically a sticker? for example, Mario Bros fetches $100+ but it is on a $20 cart. I can 'kinda' understand if the cart has no chance to swap out the roms and you want it on an original cart. But even that understanding ends with 2600's adaptor and a powerpak. I know there is a collector thing surrounding the carts, as I have many of them, but paying $100-$1000+ is kinda weird to me.

I just like to have original games and some of them are rare I paid way to much for rockin kats and powerblade but they are part of the original set of games it's a good thing they cannot be faked without using the bios chip or I would be out alot of loot. It's just fun for me the thrill of the chase '

Its the nature of the beast. I paid $250 for my Rockin Kats. Powerblade just one of those where I havent had the money at the time.

If you get Rockin Kats and Powerblade then well done, but finding Ninja Gaiden 3, Shatterhand, RBI Baseball are near impossible.

Are there verified pics of the box, topper, other material for ninja gaiden 3? Otherwise how do you really consider something there is one of to be actually part of a set? Just seems like ludicrous console collect-them-all mentality that has unfortunately come to dominate the nintendo/sega-sphere.
