I just got a Playchoice 10 cab, my first one. Right now im having a difficult time making the picture full screen horizontally...It seems to get cut off on the sides a little bit & i want to know hot adjust to stretch the image. Its pretty annoying, especially when i play Mario, seems like there is a hole but there is none. Also the colors on the edge of the screen gets off at time.

Here are some pics

If we are talking about the same thing, the issue your speaking of is not something that can be fixed, at least not to my knowledge. My pc does the same thing, and if I recall, I think I remember the same issue on the original nes while playing mario 3 back in the day.

But this is doing it in all my games..Look at the screen, im talking about the left & right side, see that white border, i just want to stretch it out so uses the whole screen.

The fact that even though it cuts off, it remains the same color as the background of the game being played leads me to believe its a game glitch. Normally, you need to adjust the width when the picture itself stops short of each side. This is not the case in those pics. Hopefully another pc10 owner will chime in here..

On a tv, the sides are not meant to be seen. For this just Adjust the width until it is off screen, behind the bezel, etc.

Okay, for the sake of argument, here is mario 3 on my 55inch tv, followed by mario 3 and punchout on my pc10

That's interesting, i never notice the sides before when playing on my old NES setup...Can someone confirm that the side borders are suppose to be there?

Also, is there test menu to get the coloring right on these monitors? Like in CPS2 games you can go to test menu/crosshatch & then adjust the colors&sharpness & alignments...

Just now got my monitors capped on my pc-10

i do not have boarders

but unluckily have a fold at the top of one..

Anyways hope I helped
