I got this board from a molded cabinet (yeah, discusting) and it won't boot. The red LED won't light up. Voltage is between 5.05V and 5.08V across the board so is there any hope? Any idea how to fix it?

Try removing the interconnecting filter board from the circuit.

Ho it's gone already. I made an adapter from pc10 dual to jamma. It works with my other pcb but this one wont work.

So are you having problems with the Playchoice PCB or a random JAMMA board?

There's always hope. :) No led means the z80 is not even getting through self checks etc. That means assuming the voltage and clocks are good, its an issue with the z80, program ROM, or program RAM..... or associated circuitry.

Thats good to know. What's the z80 anyways? I think there's one in the super system also.

The Z80 is an 8-bit CPU. In the PC10 it controls the timer and game selection, also controls the second screen. The Z80 was a popular CPU used in many other games and personal computers as well.

Cool. I got it working after all. My adapter pins did not allign correctly....

Thanks for the help tho.
