Hi all, trying to get this PC10 Dual monitor up and running and my last hurdle seems to be The Rush'n Attack cart and Rad Racer cart (attached images). I did swap slots, clean chips and verify the ROMs were good in my programmer unless im doing something wrong. All other games seem to work at least in attract mode, I havent hooked up a Control Panel yet. Any help would be great. I still have a single monitor PC10 that is in pieces so I cant test the carts in there just yet.

clean the cartridge contacts with a pencil eraser, and if you have contact cleaner spray that in the slots too.

I've become convinced that fiberglass brushes are actually pretty great in recent times. lol

you're absolutely right. LOL I haven't had to muck with those in awhile, but a lot of board edges yes.

so contact cleaner in both sides, I'm not one of those "omg deoxit is the best ever!" types but this is an instance where I condone it because it's worked for me on multiple PC-10s in the past

That Rush'n attack cart looks like it has seen some things. I can't really tell on the Rad Racer if that's damage or glare.

I would recommend what mecha said and see where that gets you. The next step IMO if you don't have fancy gear is just to meter everything out to see if you have any broken traces, etc.

If you end up getting stuck Joe at PC-10.com is great for repairs.

you may also want to take the chips out and plug them back in. I've never needed to do this but we exist in a strange timeline.
