Hello, I have a playchoice 10 Dual Monitor that I have just about fully restored. It has always had audio problems and im not sure as to what it actually is supposed to sound like. It has 20EZ's that I did video cap kits on only. I have yet to redo the audio section. Only one speaker works and I notice in the back each speaker is connected to a monitor, Is this normal? I tried transposing the outputs/speakers with the same result. Will a audio board rebuild kit fix this? Also, only a few of my games have attract sounds, no music, is this normal? Do both speakers play the same thing or does each one have a different use?

Thank you!

Each monitor has a sound amp, you will get the same sounds out of both speakers. Not all games have attract sounds so that's normal. Double check that all your audio wires are hooked up to the sound board (input & output) and try swaping the audio input wires to eliminate the main pcb as the problem, but you sould just rebuild both audio amps since there 20 years old.
