I have a couple of playfields from older em's that are in need of some touch up repair. I am totally lost when it comes to matching paint colors and painitng in general. Is there anyone is upstate New York who will do play field repair work?

Tim, you saw my quicksilver, what do you suggest I do with my pf? The paint is flaking, do I clear coat it then touch it up? Never done it before.

Gail doesn't usually clear under, although some people do (it does make it easier to remove/redo). You will definitely have to clear over the top.

Have you read Clay's guides?

I suck at art, so I'm more than happy to let Gail do it... plus she does awesome work :) [ ok.. I may be a _little_ biased :D ]

No I haven't as I have never had to repair PF wear. I am not worried about the art as the wear is confined to solid color regions currently.

That link is very helpful! Thanks!
