Where do you buy plastic adjustment tools for coils, potentiometers, and other componets that require turning WITHOUT "Sparks" or "Smells"??????
IE Phillips head, Flat head, Allen socket type.........

Fry's.

You might still find some at Radio Shack, but they are on clearance and won't be restocked.

I always buy all I can find when I come across a Radioshack that still has them. They're too cheap to pass up at .99. I actually ran across a brand new unopened set the other day. Before anyone asks, no they are not for sale. These things are pretty much a must have and I lose them fairly easily so...

Bob Roberts has them, but I found them in a local electronics store for a piddling price. My Radio Shacks in the area didn't have them.

GC Electronics (a.k.a. GC/Waldom) is THE source of every kind of alignment tool made for use in monitors. They make them in ordinary plastic, delrin, and fiberglass as well as sell them in various prepackaged kits.
