So I put my first cabinet in a local business the other day. I was wondering what paper work/contract i should use and also what percentage should I collect and what percentage the business should collect?

Without knowing what legal obligations you have to the city/county/state, I would want something signed from the owner of the establishment indicating that I am the owner of the game and what an approximate value it has if stolen or vandalized.

After that 50/50 split?

Thanks tron guy. Yeah I was think 50/50 since he is paying for the power and real estate space. Then I cover all repair and maintenance.

What's the game and where's it at??? I go up to Greeley/Loveland/Fort Collins often enough I might like to go try it out.

It's in Loveland at Games Ahoy. Its a new video game store on Hwy 34 and Madison, he has an awesome inventory of all retro stuff. The game I have in there now is Willow. Im going to have probably another 5 machines when I get them done. Next one I'm placing there will be Raiden, Tetris, Street Fighter II, and Carrier AirWing.
