I picked up that HOME USE Golden Tee Fore today. It's not the shitty little 13" model that you've seen before. The cabinet is full size... it essentially appears very much like a commercial unit minus the coin door.

The ATX power supply was bad... once I put another one in it the game booted up fine. Unfortunately the monitor is giving me difficulties... I've made a thread in the monitor repair forum explaining that issue.

I've been wanting a Fore cabinet for a while... I love the GT games on my MAME cab, but MAME only supports up to GT 2000...

Here is what she looks like...

This is probably the cleanest cab I've ever picked up.

Worst case it would make a great MAME cab. ;)

nice little find. great condition. As for not having the coin door, I'd never be that anal. If it looks the same, plays the same, then hell with it! Alot of guys have stuff on freeplay anyways, right?

Thats a cool cab. The speaker area is different from a standard GT Fore as well. My 2005 has a larger speaker area and a panel with tournament rules on it. Does the motherboard on yours have a phone jack at all? Just curious how different this was from a Live! even though it doesn't matter anymore.

I think this game will get a ton of play. I consider myself a Golden Age kinda guy, but still love GT and so do guests.

It's an actual GT Fore 2005 kit installed in to a 3rd party cab...so yeah, it has the phone connection, etc...

Cab is in great shape. Once you get the monitor sorted out you should put a Jamma switcher in there and throw WCB or Silver Strike in there as well.

Those WCB and Silver Strike pcbs are crazy expensive, but something I want to install in mine as well as GT Complete.
