Pissed... But Will Get Over It

Hey guys... this post wasn't to get anyone pissed at anyone... just to vent a little. It's not a ground breaking HUGE issue... but it does suck... but then again... life goes on.

No need to bash the guy... evidently he's done a lot of good deals with a lot of people here. Shit transpired and he was given an opportunity to pick up closer... and a cockpit to boot. I'd like to HOPE that I'd have chose a different path had I been in his shoes, the bottom line is that I can't honestly say I would have FOR SURE... I hope to never be put in that kind of situation where I have to choose. Being that it was his dough and I am on the other end of things it's easy to say "I'd have done THIS or THAT" but the bottom line is... it's not my dough being "tossed around".

Am I still pissed? A little. I'm sure by beer-thirty I'll have blown it off ...

EDIT: How about this... if the "guy" donates $20.00 or more to the IAML (see below my nick) ... I'll call it a huge "OOPS" and move on!

as a buyer I have had to buy things I didnt really want because I opened my big mouth and said stuff like "sold" or "im coming to get it" because a man is only as good as his word.

as a seller its not a deal until I have the cash and they have pulled away since 75% of people are just hot air tire kickers.

I had a seller back out on selling me a game I wanted pretty badly because he "found a closer buyer" (we were going to meet halfway to do the deal). I was a little upset at first, but I shook it off, like frizz, but I also decided not to ever deal with that particular klover again..
