Haven't had much time to look into this but going to mess around with it tonight, so figured I'd call on the KOLV-r-chives. It's a bit high on the left side and where it should sit on the right for the most part..how do you adjust where it raises/lowers to?

Didn't get to this tonight, but I think I figured it out on my own. There's two screws that seem to act as "stops". Found out my issue isn't with where it's SUPPOSED to be stopping but that the guides aren't screwed down properly....the screw holes are stripped and loose in the wood. One is tight the other two are F'ED...

Have no clue how I'm gonna fix that...got no idea how to disassemble the whole visor mech.

But I did get my left flipper rebuilt. Apparently it's not supposed to have a lane change switch, but mine did, and the wiring is off, but it wasn't hurting anything...I just put everything back the way it was, even the added lane change switch (wtf..) and it all works. Just got to get the flipper adjusted.

Also was trolling old Pinbot posts too and fixed my issue with the ball screwing up on the spiral ramp by moving the shooter. That's been bugging the crap out of me for weeks!

Shove some toothpick(s) at the correct length into the hole and tighten it back down.
Works like a charm.

If its really bad just drill a new hole and add a screw.

Can you explain what the issue was - mine might have the same thing, but I can't what you mean by "screwing up on the spiral".

About 75% of the time you'd plunge the ball, it would look like it got hung up on something and either not go up the ramp and into the pop bumpers, or would only go to the 5k hole and no further. Even when you pulled it back 75-100% of the way. And I rebuilt the plunger less than a month ago. Replaced everything but the housing.

It would either deflect off something at the entrance to the ramp, or just not have much power when it did make it up there. I thought it was the new rubber I had put in there, maybe it was sticking out a bit too far or the posts were bent or something...nope. It was the alignment of the shooter. I don't know why, but in my case, pulling it OFF center actually improved the thing 1000%. It's all the way over to the left top of where I can move it on my game. It's clearly NOT centered. I have a feeling it's because my game isn't perfectly leveled and I will have to adjust it again once it is, but at least it's operating as intended currently. It's easy to do. Just remove the two inside screws on the left and right of the housing, then loosen the one the grounding strap runs through enough to move it around. Put it where you want it, tighten it back down. 3 minute fix. :)
