Just got back from a local pizza place and played star wars, iron man, jurassic park, indiana jones, batman, shrek, and mario brothers. Best night of my life for pinball. I have never seen that many pinballs all in the same place. By far I thought jurassic park and star wars were the best. Second place goes to super mario brothers. I wasn't a big fan of any of the stern machines.

Now I'm just waiting back to hear from a guy locally about picking up a lethal weapon pin!!

Bennes is a great place to play pinball, for the most part they are maintain well! Good luck on getting your LW3.

freaking sweet, i went to a pizza place last night, to have my friend point out a street fighter II pinball maching that looked near mint condition haha since i own one it was my destiny to play it. the replay score was set too low i only payed for 1 game probably played 30 hahaha i wish we had more places with pins in this area.

I just went to Bene's on Saturday (was in Omaha for a wedding), was very sweet. I'm surprised you liked Jurassic Park, the mode start hole was broke and the right hole kicker was kicking the ball down the right outlane...kind of crimped the scoring for me, otherwise I would have put up a ridiculous score on that game, lol. I had completed chaos multiball but the 'A' wouldn't register, hence I couldn't get the super jackpots, doh!

I have a brief summary of the games:
Star Wars--have played before, fun, loud, and totally random. Shooting the ramp over and over is the key to a high score (and I'm not kidding, just shoot it over and over and you'll end up with the grand champion). I told my buddy about how to score and he got a high score on the game, lol.
Super Mario--had never played in person before, was pretty fun but would be way too easy in a home setting. I don't even know what a good score is on that game, but I scored 300 mil with 5 castles destoyed, which I assume is good since the replay was only 29 mil. Part of it probably is that I own a Stargate, so while other people have a hard time with sys 3 games it was very natural to me.
Shrek--last time I was there it was kind of broke, and before I'd played Family guy 10 to 20 times, never really liked it. However this time I really liked Shrek, fun game. Got the #3 or #4 score on it. The other good part is that the replay was so low on it from all the kids playing, I only put in a dollar and played like 7 or 8 games on it.
Batman--I have no idea what to think of this game. Love the crane, has some cool stuff, but at the same time it just seems such a mismatch of things. It's like it was designed by like 3 people that all took it a different direction.
Jurassic Park--love the game, unfortunately this one had issues
Indiana Jones 4--I tried it again for the umpteenth time, I just think it's not a very good game. Mainly a software problem I think.
Iron Man--Loved this game, my favorite by far. Totally was brutal and unforgiving. Very fast and fluid, definitely in my top 5 for Sterns.

as for JP, i've owned one of them as well......personally, i like the machine. problem is, nobody else does....and i set up my pin row both for me and for those i entertain. just couldn't keep JP since nobody would ever step up to it. sold it a few months back.

everybody loves my DE star wars though. :)

Nice find. I will have to remember this place for the next time I am in Omaha. Or maybe just make a day trip up there and play.
