Whoever said a determined mind couldn't fit a pinball machine in a 4-door car was clearly wrong! Enjoy.

Well yeah, if I took my dash off I could get one in my car... :>O

Where's the head?

The head was in the trunk which is why the subs were in the front seat and the dash being off had nothing to do with getting the pin in the car.

The dash was pulled apart to remove some stuff/fix some stuff that was under it. The only part of the dash that is missing in that picture is the top pad that goes over it.

Anyways if my car had a hatch I could fit anything in it, but when it comes to doors it gets a little more tricky!

I brought my Night Rider SS game home from York in my '97 Lumina. Had the head and legs in the trunk and the body across the back seat. (Doesn't THAT sentence sound sick). The only problem was whenever I put the brakes on, the body would tilt forward and bang the front seat.

If that is a pin, so is Hyperball :D

I was just being facetious, not really trying to start an RGP style rumble over the difference between a PINball and a pitch and bat.

Humor attempt: fail.

I would call hyperball a pinball also. To me anything that is over 3 feet long and uses a pinball is a pinball machine. Just because it doesn't have pop bumpers or ramps doesn't make it not a pinball. In reality a bingo type machine is still a pinball machine that doesn't have pop bumpers or flippers.

I always wondered if I could fit a pin in the backseat of my 4-door...I can get a DK cocktail in there, as I've hauled it around several times :D I guess it depends on if the head comes off or just folds down.

I put a cocktail into the back of my VW Rabbit, and I think next pinball machine I pick up, I'm going to try and put in the back. I'll be sure to get some pictures if I ever do it.

I can see bingo machines being pinballs since those are closest to the pin tables of the past with no flippers either since there are usually still things for the ball to bounce off of as with the originals, but I see hyperball as a shooting game that happens to be in a pinball cabinet. If that was in any other form factor cabinet no-one would mistake it for a pinball.

Having said all that, I don't mean to diminish your feat of fitting that thing in your back seat at all. I had a Cavalier Z24 back in the day and there is no way in hell I would have been able to fit something like that in the back seat :D

And while I'm rambling on, which pitch & bat is that?
I just picked up 2 pennant fevers out of a barn and am looking forward to fixing them up!

i'm not sure what they are officially and i don't much care....but if i had a hyperball or a pitch/bat i'd put it on pin row. :)

never have been interested in owning a hyperball, but i do want a pitch/bat at some point. they're pretty fun and seems that most people like them so they'd probably be rather popular at get togethers.
