Any area KLOV'ers planning on being at the Pinball at the Zoo event held over April 16th & 17th in Kalamazoo? I'm planning on being there both days with my brother. It'd be awesome if I could meet some of my fellow KLOVers. So, who has plans to attend?

Awesome guys. I'll look forward to making both of your acquaintances. We'll have to all meet for a meal or drinks or something. Jdubb, you still have that open invitation to play some Taxi if you're ever up in my area of Michigan.

Wow, Fudd. I admire your dedication to travel such a long distance. lol

And to think my trip will only be 5 1/2 hours or so.

Wish I got up to northern MI more often... Where at up north anyway? Probably the next time I will get up there will be to pick up my taxi, as it's from a friend of a friend that has it up in Petoskey.

So what are you guys going to be looking for at the show? As for me hopefully going to get some pinscore LED's and an LED bulb set for my Pinbot, and just seeing if maybe I can score a decent EM or a project solid state for a couple hundred or so.

I have never been there, but I may go just to see what it is all about.

I'm up in Alpena. Other side of the state from Petoskey, unfortunately. As far as the show, I'm hoping to pick up some misc plastic pieces for the Taxi and hopefully a game from the auction.

I hope the auction this year is better than last year. There were a couple of converted multi cabs, and 2 or 3 working pins. The rest was just empty pinball cabinets and backboxes and what not that went for next to nothing. The 4 or 5 nicer pieces all had reserves and didn't come close to selling. The highest bid on anything was a Capt. Fantastic pin that had a bid of around $500, but had a reserve of $700. Technically I won a 1069 in 1 multi cab for $150. but it had a reserve of $900 lol.

I saw the Capt Fantastic in the auction area, but had to leave before the auction started. It sounds like they're trying to rework the auction this year to get more action. Hopefully anyway.

I would like to find a gorgar backglass in better shape than mine..
Syngefinger... i'm up your way alot when i go visit my parents and sister. I'll be up that way again next weekend.
