The cpu is new, the power driver board was tested good in another machine. I'm not getting a blanking signal from the watchdog reset, so I get no "health" LED or the "RELAYCTR " signal to energize the relay sending power to playfield. When I jumper the bypass header in the watchdog circuit, the relay and the playfield power and health LEDs light up. I'm not very familiar with this system and any help is surely appreciated.

Are you testing this with the coin door open?

If so, Pull out the interlock switches that disable the high power when the coin door is open.

If testing with the coin door closed, then there may be an issue with the interlock switch itself. I would start there, as it is the easiest.

Yes the door was open and the switch was pulled out. But I will test it to make sure it is working properly on monday when I get back to the shop. Thanks for the tip!

That sounds more like a bad parallel cable, not an interconnect switch because he mentions watchdog issues. You mention a new CPU, are you talking about a NuCore system?

The interconnect switch is fine, and the wires to it have continuity to the power driver board. I do beleive the parallel cable was replaced by the owner before I was called in, but I will check that out in the morning. Thanks for suggestions. I will check also as to the type of CPU but I think it is a factory replacemant.

It's a factory CPU and the parallel cable was replaced. Do you have a printout of the pinout for that cable. Maybe a bad connection on the cpu box connector ??
