Hey guys
I have no pins and really can't say I know much about em yet so I come to you guys for help.
Looking at a few family guy pins.

First one fully shopped, supposedly very clean. I was givin 100% reassurance that I will not be disappointed for $3800 packed palleted and shipped.

Well I also found one local but the upper left flipper isn't working, few bulbs are out, and the thing I'm most concerned about is when stewies mini pinball is ready and you shoot the tv shot. It holds the ball for a few seconds then shoots it back out, and gives 1million points everytime for stewies pin on the dmd.
nothing happens in the mini playfeild.
Anyone know what that might be and or how much it would be to fix? is it worth his asking price of $3k

Thanks in advance
-Josh

You could always rebuild the flipper and replace the bulbs for much cheaper then $800. As far as the play field, I think there might be a setting to disable the Stewie Pinball, I can't confirm right now as I am at work.

I can probably get you a fully working one and match that price shipped. Send me a pm if interested. or call me at 1-877-355-4263. My name is Brian. It would also come with a 120 day warranty on it.

Not to rag on people who ship on games....but if the option is there, always buy local. It's usually cheaper, and you can judge the game in person. One of my "newb" mistakes was having a pin shipped...it was promised to be HUO, Mint, working 100% - I was majorly LIED to. Live and learn.

Sounds like a super easy fix.

-The upper left flipper could be as simple as the double leaf-switch not making proper contact when the button is pressed...could just be a loose wire. It won't be anything too crazy.

-The Stewie mini pinball could be something as simple as it being disabled in the menu. It could be missing the mini-ball! The molexes connecting the mini-pinball could have come loose or disconnected. Could be an opto issue. Either way - EASY fix.

I think $3k is a good price on Family Guy...it's become quite a collector favorite, it's the last "real" Lawlor game, it's out of production, and distributors have been sold out of NIB forever. ...and for shits 'n giggles, you can run Shrek code on it, which is kinda weird and funny. :)

Amen Greg. Same thing happened to me. I will NEVER buy one site unseen EVER again. Most people are crap these days and will say anything to get your money.
Certainly not aimed at anyone in particular on this forum just stating personal experience.

For the same price you can get a much more fun 90's bally/williams pin that will most assuredly hold its value better. But it comes down to what you like. If you like Family Guy then go for it.

Havnt looked at the left upper flipper yet.

And the stewie mini pinball was disabled in the menu :)

I must say i've got the bug..Pinball row here I come!! (atleast a row of 2or3) but with much cheaper pins.
