Pigskin dedicated manual?

Honesty thinking about it. If the light boards don't work. I'd try replacing the caps if that doesn't solve the issue it's probably a board issue. Maybe try swapping with a known good working board. Or I'd you wanna ship your light boards to me. I'd be willing to test them in my machine.

Am particularly curious whether anything is supposed to be connected to J2 on upper right of the lamp driver.

This is the only loose connector in the cab.

The loose connector on the previous pic doesn't appear have a spot on any of the boards to mate up to properly. J2 is the only unused connector but the wires don't line up right and don't want risk connecting and blowing something out lol.

Just got off the phone with Gene at VAS and he suggested checking voltage on the input to the lamp driver board, so I'll test across yellow and white at some point to see if the power is getting power at all. Gene said its unlikely the main board would be the issue... and if it is the power, that is a good thing.

I wish I'd snapped photos of the power brick and switcher (which I believe is aftermarket)

Be sure to set your meter to A/C when checking there, should be ~5.9 to 6.5 vac.

Thank you again @dethfactor for taking time to share this. Please convey my thanks to your wife for finding this! It's amazing that you have had (2).

I've tried a a couple things (replace lamps, capacitor and board swaps) to fix the lighting issue but had come up empty so far. This schematic will be a big help narrowing things down :)

Very excited for this. You guys have really made my day :)
