I hate to sound like a parent but why on earth would you make an offer on something you can't pay for immediately? If I ever make an offer I have cash in hand and pay for it immediately. Sure hope you know the seller and he/she's willing to give you time.

sold my jrok board. Not happy about that.
but, I still have the tanman bezel, phoenix cpo and a nice marquee.
After I finish my taxi restore and 60 in 1 I will buy another jrok and get the
joust going.
