Owl coin door and looks extremely unmolested. Same older couple from England had it for 40 years. Hasn't played in 20-30.

Checked fuses in power supply and replaced 1 bad 1 amp fuse.

Disconnected pcb ,it had the original round ball zip ties. Don't look like it was ever removed.

Disconnected monitor power and powered up. Checked voltages at the AR - 6.1v great.

Powered down and connected the pcb powered up... led on board came on but no sounds or blinking cones and doesn't coin up. Powered down and connected monitor . Powered up , had neck glow and spot killer LED was on still no sounds or any indication was playing blind.... look like sending the board out or buy another then see if monitor is working . Will reflow all connector pins. And clean and deoxit all connectors.

Anything else I should try till I get a known good board?

check if you have clock cycles and what is the watchdog doing. sounds a little like reset is stuck low or no clock but that is a quick assesment with no other information. does the board get 5 volt power. can it be measured using only the test points on the board?

Board has power. I don't own a logic probe.

Start by cleaning the edge connector with a fiberglass pen. The connectors are tin plated, and tin corrodes over time resistive.

Clean them to bright and shiny, and treat them with a coating of DeOxit.

Now connect up and see what the voltage is at the +5 VDC lug and the GND lug.

Aĺ have been clean and all voltages are good.

you don't have a probe you are at the point where you buy one or send it out though you could take a voltage reading at the reset pin on the cpu for an idea
