Been looking for this one for awhile and it finally came on eBay. 3 Hour drive into PA (amish country) and finally got home with it. Very awkward cabinet to move.

STUN Runner is the 4th game I bought and still own. Under-rated game, and the beginning of a good streak of awesome drivers by Atari. I also remember it as the first game I ever had to pay 50 cents to play, other than laserdisc games.

Great pickup.

Outstanding pick up I love that game also....Would love to own one myself one day, last time I played or even seen one was three years ago in some NV casino arcade room.

Im glad someone finally bought that! Congrats and welcome to the S.R. club!

I remember playing it as a kid along the same time as Hard Drivin. This was the closest one that popped up. I gotta stop with these long distant runs, even 3 hours seems like forever.

Its in pretty good shape, monitor is decent (few little waves but playable). Missing a little t-molding in back and marquee light is out. But sound is good, controls work etc. My son likes it too.

If the marquee light is out (and before you buy a bulb), first look at the marquee frame on top of the monitor. The wire for the light goes down the middle of that into the monitor box, and when this game was transported, many times the operators cut the wire because they were lazy, and the only way to fit SR in a van was to take off the marquee frame.

That looks really nice. Out of curiousity, how heavy is it?

I know Atari cabinets are always so light, but that one looks pretty back breaking :)

Now you need a Mr. Do! ;)

The manual says 350 but its quite awkward, the base is heavy as well. Kind of like a 720 but with a smaller monitor.

Mr Do coming soon ;), and Cruisin Exotica.

Im guessing between 250-300. It's more awkward than anything. Thankfully it has a built in wheel in the bottom.

Didnt even realize it had wheels till I got it off the truck, that helped quite a bit. Luckily I have no stairs. Would be near impossible to move up a flight of stairs.

Hahah AvidGeek even got the orange triangle.

SilverUnicorn... Nice... (He knows I offered to sell my Mr. Do to you. LOL)

Also, congrats on the S.T.U.N. Runner... One of my all time favorite games. I agree, definitely very underrated.

very cool, i sold mine about a 8 months ago. NOW find the contest T-shirt!!! i cant even find a pic online of one.
