picked up a new pin today....really came out of the blue
i was totally not looking for a new pin right now, but a buddy of mine texted me out of the blue last night and gave me the heads up on a white water pin that popped up near myrtle beach. he knew it was on my "list." the ad went up at 8:27pm and i had an email out the door by 9:06pm and a follow up at around 10:30pm. finally heard back from them this morning around 9:30am and they still had it......told the lady that i was hitting the shower and heading her way and asked her NOT to sell it to anybody before i got there (which turned out to be a very good move....she had THREE calls while i was on the way in which she was begged to sell it. but she kept her word to me. god bless honest people).
i drove completely across the state today....about 3:30 hours or so from aiken to conway (SC), but i think it was worth it. picked up my dad on the way and made a road trip of sorts out of it....we had sandwiches and everything. lol.
anyway, here's the new pin...............WHITE WATER!!!
the cabinet is in pretty decent shape....one side has fading, one side doesn't (see pics). honestly, i don't care a whole helluva lot about the cab......if it's not water damaged and/or falling apart, it's probably OK in my book. LOL.
i've got some GI lights out, a missing pop bumper "boulder" cap, two missing targets (the lock targets....likely shattered from what i understand of the typical wear/tear of this machine), and i'm pretty sure i need a rebuild kit for the top right flipper. other than that, it needs a nice cleaning and i think it'll be in pretty good shape.
