When I joined here I was told building a multicade was a stepping stone, and everyone was right
My Mom had always said growing up that she wanted a Ms Pac Man game, as my Dad has a few pinball machines and an Arctic Thunder. Her and my Dad used to play it at a bar near his house in Windsor, ON, CA called Rumors, which then was the Pompeii. Him and I have both been casually looking for a Ms Pac for her and saw one locally on marketplace 20 minutes from his house
Picked him up this morning and went to meet the gentleman who had owned it for 3 years and he was told it came from an old donut shop. It plays well and needs a few little things but it looks clean
We unloaded it in my Dad's shop and surprised my Mom who did not expect it at all. He is starting to go through some basics like tidying up the wiring, replacing the hacked up power cord, cleaning out the dirt and debris inside and making sure all the fuses are the correct values as well as getting the fan working as it was removed. It will eventually need a cap kit but that is down the road.
