I know it's not a video game nor is it a pin but the family has a new member...Hyperball. It's a great looking machine cosmetically. The lower playfield is a little rough but I think I can buff it out. It's 90% working I'd say save for the elevator motor (see pin and tech sections if you want to help). I've read it doesn't get a lot of love but the kids love it so far (as long as I feed the balls in manually lol) Pics will follow but it's in pieces now. Though I must admit, it's been very easy to take apart and I appreciate that. If I can just get that elevator motor working there will be 55 ball of gaming goodness next to the other pins. Game on!!!

Good question. LOL. Even though it got umm not so rave reviews I though the kids might like it; and so far they do. It's fast, loud and lots of action. I can't quite explain it but I try to get games the kids will like (I try to please the wife too, but that sweet spot has not been found as of yet). I had an Atari X's and O's football I thought they would like but they ended up getting hurt more than liking it. It boils down to games the family likes as well as I and any new addition is fun......at least for a while. :)

Hyperball is actually a fun game (IMHO). Its loud... very loud... and the whole point is to shoot as much stuff as you can... with real steel balls being shot out of a cannon as fast as you can pull the trigger :D

kids seem to dig it too!

I've always like the game. I tend to like a lot of different quirky machines. So I picked one up last year...

I think the game is great... I've bugged scott about his once. Had a few chances over the years to get one but the time was never right. In a small room that thing is insanely loud, yet for some reason a really satisfying game to play.

I think it is all the steel balls flying around on the playfield.
