As the title states. I am in need of bezel light sockets for my Jungle King restore and I don't have any idea what the originals looked like. I'm sure I could rig something up but I'd rather it be or at least look original.

Hmm. I have one of those bezels, but no lights (or cab for that matter).

Yeah, it's weird, the cab I have was converted to a rastan.
But, everything on the inside is still intact except those lights in the monitor bezel.
Has anybody replaced their bulbs lately in one of these cabs? If so could you tell me what the socket looked like?

It uses standard #47 bayonet bulbs and sockets daisy chained together.

I know that's true for the marquee lights but the monitor bezel I have has (3) 3/4" - 1" (IIRC) holes near the bottom. I know they are daisy chained to the marquee lights so I am sure they are #47 or #44 lamps. I was just unsure if there was a special type socket that fit in those holes.

Here's a pic of the light sockets in my Tatio cabinet but it's the vertical mount not the horizontal cab but The sockets might be the same. They just clip on the edge of the monitor bracket.
I bought my cabinet a couple years ago as a converted Capcom Bowling which had been painted black. looking at the control panel which has been Swiss cheesed I believe it might have been a Qix originally.

My front line currently resides at my sisters house with 4 others(They had an 80's party theme), but I believe it was the basic 44/47's bayonet.

Thanks for this! I'm working on a Frontline restore and have never seen the bezel lights intact or in pictures before.

Question: How many light sockets are used? The picture looks like 2. The exploded manuel suggests 1.

I believe it was just one on the left side that lit up the instructions, which were wrong. It said something about your tank dodging grenades thrown by enemy soldiers, but that was never part of the gameplay. Can anyone confirm specifically what it said.

I think incrediblegamez aka swolgam has the whole bezel w/lights for sale

I have had 2 Wild Westerns and both were different.. think one of the chains may have been swapped at some time.. but on that machine the bezel is a rectangular hole, not a long strip like above. The sockets clip onto the metal wireframe monitor mount.

I believe that my Front Line has the rectangular hole as well.

My Frontline has a small rectangular hole. about 4" x 3". The exploded view only shows one light.

Here's what the instructions for Frontline say:

Frontline

- Maneuver your soldier to shoot enemy soldiers.
- Dodge enemy soldiers, bullets, and grenades. Watch out for land mines.
- Use grenades and tank button to jump in your tank and destroy enemy tanks attacking.
- Watch out for grenades being thrown at your tank from fox holes.
- Jump in larger tank for even more protection and heavier artillery fire
- Destroy enemy and take over the fort.
- Use the grenade tank button to get out ot the tank.
