Yes my catalog isn't as deep as the others. But that's because most of what I offer is screen printed and requires me to carry significant inventory and a large upfront investment. I could list 5x as much product and impress you but it wouldn't be in stock and take forever (if ever) to ship it but that's not my business model. I want you to come to my site knowing when you see it, you can buy and it will go right out.

I've had the same email address [email protected] and the same phone number 219-663-3999 for 16 years. I answer all emails and calls quickly. My website email webform does stink so I would ask that you type my email address manually please. It's quite rare that an email ends up in SPAM so I will not use that excuse. If you don't get a reply from me please call. I own 4 restaurants with close to 130 employees and work in them daily. I'm and early riser and up late. My phone is always on! One way or the other you will reach me.

Going on my 24th year with PHOENIXARCADE and I love it. I have met so many great people over the years and made a lot of friends. At age 56 I really have no clue how much longer I will keep doing this. As long as my health is good and I enjoy what I'm doing I will stick around.
