Some idjit thought I'd be a good idea to paint the back of the marquee BLACK!! I don't think I can save it without taking the graphics with it. So I'm looking for a decent one if anybody has one.
 
Mike's Arcade made 50 screened repro's but I can't find them on his site any more. You might want to check with him and see if he has any left. Most original ones that I have seen look like crap......

I bet they did that because it was riddled with pinholes and cracks that made it unbearable to look at backlit. Finding a nice original is very hard. I managed to score one of the screened repros. The quality is just OK.
I think new runs of quality screened Phoenix and Time Pilot marquees would both sell very well....
 
Ah, well- I can forgive that, didn't know they were so poorly made. Well, Mike's is out of the repro's they made- I've asked how many they would need ordered for a new run, stay tuned.
