Im throwing this vid out there with no troubleshooting done whatsoever (plan to address the issue this weekend as machine is not at my place.) but wondered what people think might be the issue? seller thought bad caps (i plan on installing a cap kit). i thought a sync issue with the vert hold? anyways looks pretty simple and thanks in advance for the help.

So it turned out to be a bad connection at the edge connector/oxidation. It also needed the vert hold adjusted as well as the horizontal width coil, the screen pot(black), the focus, exc exc. after all that it looks great. I will say though that over the course of an hour or so it went back to the original screen once so I think repining the edge connector and checking the voltages (someone wired in a switching PS) to make sure they are tip top is going to be key. All in all a quick fix for no $ and a good picture.

Thanks
Blake
