So I've seen pepper II's that have the monitor and bezel laying down like a venture would have and I've also seen them mounted where they are more of a 90 degree to the cp. I know the game was sold in kit form. Was just wondering if the venture style was always a kit and the other style was original dedicated? Or did they make both versions? I've now seen and played both versions up close and it seems the version with the bezel and monitor mounted at the 90 to the cp is a bit akward design to play with the controls being so close to the bezel. So who knows about this? I know the flyer shows the bezel in the up or 90 degree position but what the flyer shows and what is produced are not always the same.

pepper II will be at CAX again this year. I'm considering announcing another party at my house for some time in May real soon here. So you may get to play it sooner.

the ad got pulled. Maybe he sold it, or maybe it's because I flagged it 20 times, so nobody else would have a chance at it. ;o)

This flyer shows Pepper II and Hard Hat conversion kits for Venture.

So I take that to mean any Pepper II's with monitors at 90 degree angles to the control panel are dedicated, and those with monitors laying flat used to be Venture.
