Please sombdy has idea where to get a chip for Penalty shootout? I need a PIC that is in Matrix display, description:

Programmed Microcontroller PIC 16C57 - XT/P , located at IC4 in 7 x 35 LED MATRIX DISPLAY ( PCB 84436/0 ) , labeled DM-0DS11

If anyone has scrap please let me know, I asked Harry levy but they have finished contact with chips provider since 4 years ago.
