PCBs For Sale - Working - Captain America, Wrestlefest, Sunset Riders pcb and Marquee

I have a few PCBs for sale if anyone is interested. All tested and working.

Captain America (with sound harness) - $75 - [note: did not connect sound harness, but was told it is working when I bought it a month ago, tested game without connecting the sound harness and it works great, so I am assuming the sound will work fine too]

Sunset Riders (tested, working) - SOLD

Sunset Riders Marquee (looks real nice, picture available upon request) - SOLD

Wrestlefest (tested, working) - SOLD

-------------

Send pm if interested. Prices don't include shipping, but I am happy to ship as inexpensively as possible. Thanks.

To be perfectly honest, I don't know why it requires a separate harness. I just took a look now at the pinout on http://www.crazykong.com/pins/ and it appears the sound wires are connected to 'CN7' for captain america (separate connection from jamma harness). (CN7 has 4 pins on my pcb corresponding to SP left +, left -, right + and right - as is listed on crazykong, and the sound harness has 4 wires too).

Maybe there is a different name for the harness, but the guy I got it from referred to it as a sound harness. The captain america pinout doesnt have the audio wires coming from the jamma connector though, so I figure that is why a separate sound harness is needed. Like I said, I never hooked it up with the sound harness, mostly because I was confused too, haha. I was looking to plug and play in a cab with other games, and didn't want to get into wiring up the sound separate for different games at this point in time, which is part of the reason I am willing to sell the PCB. I don't know if it's supposed to just be wired directly to the prongs or with a molex type connector or what. I just figured I'd throw in the wiring harness that came with the pcb when I bought it, as I have no need for it.

If anyone has a better answer to that question, it'd be appreciated, but my sense is that's just the way they made it? Do other captain america pcb's not require a sound harness?

Captain America will work with standard JAMMA Wiring.

The Seperate sound harness must be for stereo or something.

usually games with stereo sound have an option between mono off the jama harness, or stereo from a connection off the pcb, sounds like the sound harness he is talking about is just connected to the stero connection off the pcb and can be hooked up into a cab for stereo sound.

there is mostlikely an option to chose between mono and stereo on the pcb.

nothing weird about it.

Yes, the sound harness is for stereo, though the stereo sound in this game isn't quite as dynamic as games like X-Men or the Simpsons.
