PCB Project Ideas?

How about a Jr. Pac conversion kit for a regular Pac/Ms. Pac board? I know you were considering putting it in a future upgrade to the Six-Pac (before you ran out of the board edge connectors), but there may be enough interest for a straight up conversion kit with instructions/ROMs or whatever is required. So many people on here have multiple pac boards... I would convert one for sure to swap into my cocktail.

Obviously, and updated Six-Pac or Twelve-Pac if you will would be better, but I would take either. ;)

Jr needs extra RAM and a good amount of extra logic to do the scrolling playfield.... Pac/Ms on Jr would be a possibility....

I bought more edge connectors (had to buy 500 -- ouch), and will be building more 6 Pacs soonish -- hopefully before the end of the month.

Ok, so best bet for Jr. is to just get one of the AC conversion boards for Pac/Ms. Pac cabinets. I will keep an eye out for the new six-pacs.

PCB project Ideas

How about an Atari multi board? One with like Cloak & Dagger, Crystal Castles, Kangaroo, Liberator, Missle Command, Exevious, 720*, Marble Madness, etc.... It is my opinion that Atari equipment is a pain in the ass to maintain, and a Jamma ATARI multi would be TOTALLY AWSOME!!!

I dont know if these games are even compatible in the same board, but its a board I would happily pay for.

You have no idea what you're talking about, and your suggestion makes no sense whatsoever.

Go buy a MAME machine.

Will the standard nintendo card cage even fit 2 vs boards side-by-side in slots w/o the heat sinks contacting the back of the other board? I'm guessing no :(

2 PCBs w/ daughter cards wont work. 1 PCB w/ daughtercards and 1 w/ chipsets, or 2 w/ chipsets only would work.

Eh... didn't make it onto the panel... maybe next run of boards... heh.

I really want to debug the power switching issue on the other switchers before making more boards that'll glitch :)
