i have a cps2 cabinet and just put in the capcom cps2 18in1 pcb. it doesnt have a fan like normal cps2 pcbs. do i have to be worried about it overheating?

If they didn't put a fan in the CPS2 case, then Capcom must not be worried about it. If you are, then mount an external fan.

This is an aftermarket board that has been modified including removal of the case/fan. That being said, I haven't had any problems with mine overheating. Since it is not in the case heat dissipates much better.

I'd recommend adding a fan... I did. That damn A-board gets pretty hot.

I just mounted a 12v 120MM fan a few inches from the boardset blowing at it.

yeah it doesnt have the casing around it like normal cps2 pcbs. thanks for all the advice. i was just curious to see what people would do that have this particular board
